I was not expecting the courtesy ride home while my vehicle was being worked on.

Great customer service! Friendly environment. The only down side was the cost of labor for changing spark plugs. Im not sure what's the hourly charge but with what I paid its got to be around $225 per hour. I was charged over $450 for just the labor on spark plugs

Austin in the Service department was very helpful and provided ongoing updates on our car's maintenance status.

Truck was repaired that day, no cost to me because of the CPO warranty. When I picked my truck up was greeted with friendly customer service rep that explained the issues.
