    Austin and the service department did fine. Unfortunately, they couldn't truly excel as Chevrolet has repeatedly failed to supply a new telematics control device since I bought my car in late January.

    Austin and associates have done everything they can do to resolve the perpetual OnStar connectivity issue on this and another service occasion, to no avail. It's NOT their fault; rather it's Chevrolet's liability for not ensuring customers get the services they promise upon purchase!
