I always have an above and beyond experience with coastal Chevrolet. The service was great as always, the service rep, Austin was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed to have done and very courteous and respectful. Had my truck serviced and ready to go within a few hours. As long as I drive Chevy/GMC, this place will be my forever go-to!

After an accident that damaged two rims and two tires, Coast Chevrolet had my car for two forever! Meaning it took a long time to communicate with insurance companies as well as getting new parts for my 2021 Malibu. However, their work was impeccable and I am pleased with the results. Once again, I feel I am driving a safe vehicle. Much gratitude to Coast Chevrolet's service department for a job well done! A special thank you to Tyler, who was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process.

From the moment I walked in the door that afternoon/early evening, I was immediately greeted warmly. I felt so welcomed and everyone that was in there at the time made me feel like I was family. Although I have never owned a Chevrolet, I have owned a GM product. I can truly say... I am sold, and I am now a Chevrolet Woman!
